Yin is a great form of yoga to counterbalance the intensity of our modern times.
It is nourishment for our parasympathetic nervous system and a deeply healing, meditative practice. Yin Yoga brings our focus more inwards, and can be an excellent bridge towards meditation, or can become meditation itself. In recent years, Yin Yoga has grown to become one of the most popular styles of yoga worldwide.
This training is a complete and comprehensive Yin Yoga program combining Yin theory in the context of Ayurvedic science, practice, anatomy and philosophy (TCM) and suitable for already certified and aspiring yoga teachers, as well as for dedicated yoga students who want a deeper understanding of Yin Yoga for their classes and/or own practice. This course is taught in English and is registered with Yoga Alliance.
This 100h Module forms a 8-day in-person program + self studies & homework (in order to achieve 100 hours TTC certificate) or can give you 100 hours of CEP (Continuing Education Program) if you are already RYT 200 or RYT 500.
